Welcome to Heavenspire Coaching. By engaging with our Spirit-led Christian coaching services, you

agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a sacred, professional, and clear

relationship as we walk together in faith.

1. Spirit-Led Coaching Relationship

​

Heavenspire Coaching provides spiritual mentorship and coaching rooted in Catholic theology and

Christian principles. This process is designed for personal transformation and alignment with God’s will.

Please note that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy, medical advice, or

crisis intervention.

2. Confidentiality and Sacred Space

​

We honor the privacy of every session. Information shared during coaching is held in strict confidence,

except where disclosure is required by law or in cases of safety concerns. We treat our time together as a

sacred space, inviting the Holy Spirit to guide our discernment.

This coaching relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship in the way medical or legal

professions are, so our communications are not protected by legal privilege. If withholding information

shared in a session would violate the law or place you or someone else in danger, including abuse of an

elder or minor, or an intention to harm yourself or another person, your coach is obligated to share that

information with the appropriate authorities.

If you would like your coach to share information from your sessions with an outside party, you may

request a release form, and nothing will be shared without your written consent. As your coach continues

her own professional development, mentoring, or training, she may draw on session examples to ask

questions or seek guidance, without ever sharing identifying information.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

​

Commitment to the journey is essential for transformation. We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or

cancel a session, unless there is a genuine emergency. No shows and cancellations that are not emergency

related will incur the full cost of the session. If you cancel without notice or fail to show up more than

three times, Heavenspire Coaching may choose to discontinue the coaching agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

​

All materials, worksheets, and spiritual guidance frameworks provided by Heavenspire Coaching are the

intellectual property of Dina Marino. These resources are for your personal use only and may not be

distributed or sold without explicit written permission.

​

You are welcome to record our Zoom sessions for your own personal reference and accountability.

Recordings are for your private use only and may not be shared publicly or with others without written

permission from Heavenspire Coaching.

5. Personal Responsibility

 

As a client, you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, including

any choices or decisions resulting from your coaching sessions. Coaching is not a substitute for legal,

medical, or therapeutic advice.

Sometimes the coaching journey reveals a need for additional psychological or therapeutic support. If it is

determined by you or your coach that it is in your best interest to pause coaching while other needs are

addressed, you are always welcome to do so. Your coach may also choose to discontinue this agreement

at any time.

6. Refunds and Termination

​

There is no guarantee of results from coaching. You are responsible for executing your own action steps

and taking ownership of your progress. Coaching fees are paid for your coach’s time and expertise. Due

to the personal nature of coaching services, refunds are not available once sessions have begun. If you

choose to terminate the coaching agreement, any remaining session fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

While coaching aims to provide clarity and peace, results vary by individual. Heavenspire Coaching and

Dina Marino are not liable for decisions made or actions taken by the client during or after the coaching

engagement. Faith-based direction is supportive, but final agency rests with the client.

We collect information that you provide to us directly, such as when you fill out a form to schedule an

exploration call, sign up for Spirit-led coaching sessions, or subscribe to our newsletter. This includes

personal identification information such as your name, email address, and phone number.

How We Use Your Information

Heavenspire Coaching uses your information to facilitate your transformation journey, including

scheduling sessions, providing faith-centered support, and communicating updates about our services.

With Dina Marino, your information is handled with the sacredness it deserves, ensuring that your

spiritual and personal growth remains the focus.

To provide our services, we use trusted third party platforms including Wix for our website, booking, and

forms, Zoom for coaching sessions, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers may collect or

process limited information necessary to deliver these services. We do not sell or share your personal

information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Data Protection

​

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your

personal data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons

who have special access rights and are required to keep the information confidential.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our own servers.
